Learning is so easy: Best way to extract and download Youtube videos

I wanna download a funny video from my best friend, Amy. But I did not know how. One of my Japanese pen pal told me that she usually used "wantyoutube.com." to download Youtube videos. Since realizing that wantyoutube is free and safe, I downloaded Amy's videos successfully. The only thing to do is add a want in front of "youtube" of the address bar.
